On 29 January 2021, the Norland Uganda held a 3 days New Year's Kick-Off Meeting and Leadership Training in Gulu. The meeting invited Tanzanian team leaders and distributors. The new market in Tanzania was the focus of the Norland in 2020. The overall team in Tanzania had been relatively matured, and they had established a stable market in the local area. The meeting helped distributors improve their performance,they learned about the company system and corporate culture, it also strengthen the contact with our Uganda branch .
The professional trainer delivered the opening speech and introduced the Uganda market development.The trainer explained the company system to the leaders and distributors, so that they can better understand it. He praised the Norland Uganda branch’s bright development prospect. This meeting had strengthened the participants confidence and encouraged them to continue to work hard to obtain better achievement. We hope that Norland can help more people in the future.
